第72篇~~kitchen @ F&B

I like Tuesday and Wednesday~

Tuesday I was in kitchen prepare food to customer with my group members~

which is San, Sam, Carynn, Nakai and Rosa~

another group members are

Chinchin, Chui Ling, Belle, Mea, Ali and John (only kitchen~)

they were in F & B class~

and Wednesday will "terbalik" it~

our group will have F&B class~

actually i feel lucky i can join in this group~

bcos that group has 2 LAZY KING!!!!!!!XD

but this 2 days were really tired~

Tuesday San, Nakai and me were cooked the main course~

that time was really rush~

bcos all the main course needed to served at the same time~

3 of us 鸡手鸭脚~

i forgot the bowl was just take out from the oven~

even though only 16 customers~

we can handled it~

better than last week~XD

most of the customers is our senior and junior~

F&B class again~

learned how to cut apples and bananas in front of the customers~

and hands MUST NOT touch the fruits~

only using the knife & fork!

quite funny~

we were better than other senior~

at least fruits didn't falling on the floor!XD

after cut, we needed to cook the fruits (flambee)

with butter, brown sugar and orange juices!
